Vidisha Saraf is an Internationally Certified Soft Skills & Image Coach with over 15+ years of experience in education and training—shaping leaders, professionals, and teams to perform with confidence, credibility, and impact.
She co-founded Saraf Academy with a clear vision: to bring world-class training for globally recognized qualifications in accounting, business, and finance—delivered with rigor, relevance, and real outcomes across geographies. While these hard skills build competence, she realized that careers truly accelerate through how we communicate, present, and lead. As she often tells her learners: “Knowledge earns you a seat; your presence keeps you at the table, and your words move the room.”
Her journey made this belief deeply personal. Right after school, she joined her father’s branded-watch business and learned—firsthand—how trust, presentation, and service drive success. Later, as a Forex & Treasury consultant for corporates, she saw how clarity and credibility could influence key decisions within minutes. Over the past two decades in education, she has witnessed talented individuals rise—or fall—based on how they show up. The pattern was undeniable: soft skills are not “nice to have”; they are the difference between being heard and being overlooked.
Vidisha holds a First-Class Commerce degree, a Master’s in Finance, and advanced finance credentials including CFA (USA), FRM (USA), and CIIA (UK). To formalize her expertise on the human side of performance, she became an Internationally Qualified Soft Skills Trainer (City & Guilds, London – via ICBI), an Internationally Qualified Image Consultant (ICBI; Conselle Institute), and completed Train-the-Trainer (NABET) certification.
In recent years, she has designed and delivered practice-oriented programs for entrepreneurs, SMEs, corporate teams, senior leaders, and students—empowering them to ensure that knowledge speaks clearly, presence signals credibility, and behavior creates consistent impact.
